End of season presentation days are fast approaching

Teeball - 11 March 2017
Juniors Baseball and Softball - 18 March 2017 - 7pm
Adults Baseball and Softball - 1 April 2017 - 7pm

A very big thank you has to go to our local government the Shire of Kalamunda

who selected our club for a community sporting grant.

This week the Rangers picked up two new back nets with a third larger one still being made using the grant. The nets will be used for temporary back nets for baseball and softball diamonds in particular for hosting little league gala days and our softball christmas carnival.

The nets are an investments on top of recent purchases of new shelters for teeball and a three piece pitching mound for baseball. The grant is on top of other works the Shire is doing including upgrades to the carparks and the changerooms and work towards developing a Masterplan for Maida Vale Reserve which the club will be heavily involved in.

The Kalamunda Rangers are now taking expressions of interest for players, coaches and managers for the 2017 winter softball season.

Registration Fee's are yet to be set as we are awaiting the association to confirm team nomination fee's however the club would like to start putting teams together so uniforms and equipment can be purchased.

Fees are:
Adults -
$95 existing summer players from 2016/17 (baseball or softball),
$120 new players for the 2016/17 season.
If you do not have an existing winter softball shirt it will cost you an additional $20 to purchase and keep.
If you register before 28 February 2017 there is a $10 discount per adult player.

Juniors -
$45 existing summer players from 2016/17 (teeball, baseball or softball),
$70 new players for the 2016/17 season.
If you do not have an existing winter softball shirt it will cost you an additional $20 to purchase and keep.

Winter softball is a lot of fun with the club playing adults at Canning Softball Association and juniors at Dale Districts. Get your friends together and submit a whole team. Be sure to tag them here so they can stay up to date.

Please email for further details.

Note: players must pay their registrations before they will be registered with a team.

Remember if you have a need of services provided by our sponsors, think of them first.

MANBALL 2017 was on Saturday 7th January

and as part of the $25 registration fee you were given a playing shirt in your team colour to keep.

For those that have not been involved in Manball in the past. It is a carnival of adults playing teeball as a new years party. The difference is that it is played on a baseball sized diamond and with the squishy version of the larger softball.

Rangers Christmas Softball Carnival

Kalamunda Rangers would like to thank everyone who came down to the Rangers Xmas Softball Carnival. Without all of the 18 teams, this carnival wouldn't have been so fun.

And a very big thank you to Tiffany Allen who ran and organised the entire carnival, and every volunteer (and there were many) that helped out as well.

We really do hope to see you all again next season.
